To Insert an Image into an Application

1. Click on the image you would like to select.
   
2. Right click on the image and select save or save as.
   
3. Be sure to save the image somewhere that you can easily find it.
   
4. If you choose to rename the image, keep the original extension and make sure that the new name is all one word.
   
5. Once the image has been saved, it can be inserted into another application such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Excel.
   
6. Choose insert from the menu bar and select picture or image.
   
7. Use the browser window that appears to locate the saved file of the image you wish to use.
   
8. Click ok.

Insert an image using Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, images can be easily copies to other Microsoft applications.
   
2. Right click on the image and select copy.
   
3. Go to the document you wish to place the image in.
   
4. Under Edit on the menu bar select paste.
