There are a variety of pre made shapes to choose from, including arrows, callout, text boxes and boxes. All of these objects can be used to hold text. Layout of objects can be controlled further by means of the layout toolbar. Images can also be imported into effects and used on the recordings.
Camtasia Producer
The main parts of producer
are the Storyboard, Video Editor, File Navigator, Timeline and Audio
Editor. Storyboard is where you drag the recordings, and images you are trying to join together into a movie. Once on the storyboard objects can be joined together with transitions and exported in different formats. The Video Editor allows you to edit your video down to the second, as well as remove sections. Recordings and Images are selected from the File Navigator and can be dragged to the storyboard or video editor. The Timeline allows you to keep track of what actions are occurring in your video at a specific time frame. It can be edited by clicking on it. The Audio Editor not shown, can be accessed by clicking on tools. It allows you to edit an exsisting audio clip or record an audio track to narrate a recording. Camtasia Menu Maker
If you have multiple videos and documents that you want to provide access to, menu maker is an excellent way to make it easy for your audience to find and access them. Menu Maker is works best if you intend to burn the contents and videos you have created onto a CD.
