Search for Books

The Library's online catalog is available online at http://scclib.sccd.ctc.edu/.

The catalog allows one to search the holdings at South Seattle Community College, Seattle Central Community College and North Seattle Community College. There are more than 145,000 books in the system with more than 40,000 at South Seattle Community College.

Students may check out books from the circulating collections of all three campuses. If a book you need is at another campus, use the Requests button to place a hold. Be sure to specify South Campus Library as the location where you would like to pick up your book. Materials are usually delivered within two working days, providing they are not already checked out to another library patron.

 Search for Articles

The Library provides access to a number of subscription only Periodical Databases and Reference Databases . These databases contain indexing to magazine, journal and newspaper articles, as well as full text for many of these articles.
