Welcome to the Culinary Math 110 Home Page.

On the left is the Menu for the Math Course of your Culinary Arts training.
Below are brief descriptions of each menu item.

NOTE: To print any page, click anywhere in the white area, then use your browser's menu to print.

NOTE: The software installed on the computers in MAST works; the icon on the desktop that you click to get started is a big red IM and it is called Interactive Mathematics. You will need to bring your CD's that came with the book with you to do your lessons (not the one labelled Client Installer--bring the other two CD's). MAST is located in RSB 18
The software on the library computers can be found by looking for the big red IM icon . When you click on it and select our school from the list, select "student" and click "Are you ready to work on your course?", a log in screen will appear. Enter your username and password. By the way, if you have never used the computers in the library, you will have to get another userid and password from the computer person at the desk. It is free for you and quick (you already paid a fee for computer use when you signed up for this class).
