Online Writing Labs, or OWL's as they are called, provide services from handouts on grammar and punctuation to actual reviewing of your writing.

Information Handouts
(Info Pickups)

Here you can click on any of the pages to get some help with the topic you pick. These are the online versions of many of the "info pickups" available in the Writing Center.

If you wish to save one of these sheets to your computer, use the right click button and click the name of the one you wish to save. Then you click on "save target as," and be sure then to scroll to "text" instead of "html." On the other hand, if you're connected to a printer, you can merely print out the page directly.

(Most of these files were prepared by Shalin Hai-Jew, former SSCC Instructor)
